Hi, I’m Lisa, Founder of The Good Change

I’m a systemic business + career coach and organisational consultant supporting impact-driven individuals, business owners and organisations to navigate big shifts. I facilitate a twin path of internal and external work to create systemic change so that people + planet can thrive in challenging times. It brings me joy to help my clients understand the problem they want to solve so we can implement impactful solutions together.

Here’s how I got here.

  • After spending 2 years wanting to quit a job in a less than ideal work environment, and then putting my whole career on hold to have a baby, I noticed an incredible opportunity to change the direction of my life and career.

    During my 7+ years of experience in Consulting and Communication I’d witnessed and participated in all kinds of change processes over the years for clients. But this time it was my turn.

    After I became a mother I realised that the fast-paced, long hour agency work-life I had been living for so long was not going to work for me anymore as a parent. I was longing for more meaning, more impact and a way to balance work with parenting. I couldn’t seem to find a job setting that was able to give me all of this so I crafted my own.

    I decided to expand my skill set by completing a program to become a certified systemic coach and creative process facilitator. I quit my employment and went full-time with my coaching and consulting business, THE GOOD CHANGE!

  • I believe that challenging times and big changes in our lives - such as unemployment, parenting or career pivots - are not roadblocks, but chances to rethink and redesign our careers based on what matters most to us in life. They offer a learning opportunity to grow, evolve and get closer to living in alignment with our values.

    That’s why I’ve made it my mission to support anyone seeking a more balanced, fulfilling, and empowered work life harmony. At the same time as helping individuals, my work is also about fostering structural change in organisations towards a more future-oriented diverse, inclusive and thriving work culture.

    Afterall, internal work needs external support, and vice versa.

  • ✦ MA in Marketing and Sales with plenty of experience in business and communication.

    ✦ I ran a freelance (side-)business in brand consulting for +6 years supporting FLINTA* founders and startups with brand development, personal branding / employer branding.

    ✦ This was alongside my full time job as a senior project manager for content marketing / live-communication.

    ✦ 1yr DCV-certified program to become a certified systemic coach + creative process facilitator.

    ✦ Completed a program to become certified in Change Management by University of Mannheim and Haufe Akademie

    ✦ Quit employment and went full-time with my coaching + consulting business THE GOOD CHANGE. I now support people and organisations to create meaningful impact and feel more fulfilled in their life/work.
